Me? A loving, kind, and lifelong learner with authentic yoga teaching expertise. This includes healthy yoga lifestyles for women pre- and post-menopause, senior citizens, and mentoring upcoming yoga teachers, mental health providers, and yoga practitioners. Teachings are delivered one-on-one, in small groups, or by attending our exquisite meditation and yoga retreats.
